I apologize for taking so long to write this but the day before we left on our vacation, on July, our water heater started to leak. I don't have the names of the guys with me that's helped us out but I'm sure you can find them in your books. I want you to know that was the BEST experience I have EVER had with a service company coming to my house. They were able to replace our leaky water heater valve without replacing the whole water heater, which I was thoroughly impressed and then they fixed a few other minor things in our house all at a very reasonable price. And they were there late and still both in a very friendly mood. I was impressed that you have regular hours until 8 p.m. , I believe my 9 year old daughter trailed right behind them the whole time and she talked about how nice they were for several days after that. We were so impressed, we've recommended your company to all of our friends. Thanks for a very pleasant experience during a stressful time trying to leave out of town on vacation!!!
