Dear Mr. Martin, We wanted to thank you and your excellent staff for your service. On Saturday 15th, our central air conditioner stopped working. We called after hearing you have a “real live” person answering the phone. We were trying to get some one to come out the next week, if possible. To our surprise, a service technician came that evening. It was 10:30pm!! He stayed until around midnight, working in the dark, and fixed our system. We were quite impressed. We asked him to come back and give us an estimate the next week. He came back and gave us many options of what would work best for our home. The air conditioner was put in the same day!! Again, we were impressed. After a minor problem about the attic heat was discussed, your company installed a large electric power vents. Everything is perfect now. You guys are simply the best. We want to personally thank you for coming out and assisting us. The tech who helped us, If you need to use this letter, or if I can advertise for you, just ask. Attn: Mr. Jim Hiller Hiller Plumbing Heating & Cooling Dear Mr. Hiller: I am writing to express my surprise and satisfaction throughout my experience with Hiller Plumbing Heating & Cooling Company. Wow!! When I started researching companies for a heating and air change out, I planned to get 3 bids. After the three bids and much “sticker shock” later I got more bids, as I had not received any bids within my budget, not to mention anything over a ten seer system or any upgrades. Finally, when we received the bid from Hiller, we got what would work within our budget. Jim Martin’s two Tempstar systems were the sixth bid I received and included a higher seer and more efficient equipment with a longer warranty for thousands of dollars less! This allowed us to include some extras for our home such as a duct cleaning, humidifier and media filters. Jim addressed all concerns that arose during the course of the job and the technicians did quality work that exceeded expectations. All office personnel that I spoke with were very courteous as well. Jim, Anthony, Royce and each other member of your company (some of whose names I regret I did not learn or did not remember) are to be commended! I know you will succeed as long as you continue to focus on customer service and good value pricing – the things that we have received in the change out of our two A/C and heat systems in our home. In case you cannot tell by now, we are very pleased! Businesses run like yours are rare and exceptional. I will highly recommend the Hiller Company. Thanks again!! I'll assume people write to complain, but I'm sending compliment. You can tell how good a company is by the way they handle a problem and you did a great job. Your guy Gary Greene just spent a couple of hours climbing & crawling and has my new zone system working great. I've met several of your technicians they're all knowledgeable and professional; this guy really went the distance. Remember that when you're writing those Christmas bonus checks.
