"I appreciated the time he took to explain the water heater issue. He showed me the part that needed to be replaced and took care of it. He wore covers over his shoes."

Water Conditioning
What is EasyWater?
EasyWater is the innovative FREIJE water treatment technology that began in commercial applications and is now available for residential use. EasyWater uses electronic frequencies to physically change the shape and charge of the minerals in water, which prevents scale build-up.
How EasyWater Works
![]() |
Electronic Frequencies The EasyWater signal wire is wrapped around a copper, PVC or PEX pipe. Electronic frequencies (not actual electricity) pass through the pipe and cause molecular agitation in the water (Faraday's Law). |

Physical Change In untreated water the minerals fall out of solution and float around in the water. These minerals look like tree branches, have an electrostatic charge on their surface, and want to stick to other objects like your pipes. |

EasyWater treatment causes the minerals to fall out of solution and combine together with each other. As a result, these larger but still microscopic minerals look like discs or Frisbees, lose their electrostatic surface charge, and thus their ability to stick to other objects or surfaces. The minerals simply float with the water down the drain and do not stick to your piping, water heater or other water using appliances. |

Removing Existing Scale EasyWater treatment causes the water to be stable and under-saturated. This gives the water the ability to dissolve existing scale buildup as it flows through your home. About 80% of water exists as water molecule clusters held together by hydrogen bonds. EasyWater breaks these hydrogen bonds and causes the water molecule clusters to become individual molecules, which re-dissolve the existing scale deposits. |

Keep Beneficial Minerals EasyWater does not add or remove anything from your water. With EasyWater you get many of the benefits of soft water but are able to keep beneficial minerals in the conditioned water. |
FAQ:
-
What is Hard Water?
Hard water is water with a high concentration of dissolved calcium and magnesium. -
Is hard water bad?
No, not for your health. In fact, the calcium and magnesium are beneficial minerals to the body and are good when they stay dissolved in the water.
Hard water is only bad when these minerals come out of sliution and stick to the inside of the pipes and water appliances. EasyWater prevents this from happening. -
What is Scale?
Scale goes by several names including limescale, lime and calcium build up. All of these are referring to the white hard flaky buildup that is usually seen in shower heads and faucet aerators. It is also found inside pipes and water appliances.
Scale is what decreases the water flow in showerheads and faucet aerators and decreases the efficiency and shortens the life span of water heaters and other water appliances -
Will I see spots on my dishes and shower door?
Evaporative spotting occurs anywhere that water is allowed to evaporate. If you did not have a softener before, you will see less spotting than before on the shower doors and the spots will be easier to wipe away.
If you had a softener before, you will see more spotting if you do not wipe down the shower doors and faucets after use. Water spots left with a salt type water softener are less visible, but harder to remove. For less spots on dishes it is recommended that you use the product included with your EasyWater unit. -
Does EasyWater affect the taste or smell?
EasyWater does not remove anything from or add anything to the water, therefore has no affect on taste or smell. -
Does EasyWater feel like soft water?
EasyWater conditioned water feels better than hard water, but not the same as salt softened water. EasyWater does not leave a soapy film feel the way a salt type water softener does. -
Will the hardness of my water be different after installing EasyWater?
EasyWater does not remove minerals from the water, therefore testing the hardness of the water after installation will show no reduction in the hardness. Remember, hardness is the beneficial calcium and magnesium in the water.
If your pipes have a lot of scale built up in them, the hardness may test higher than before installation as the current build up dissolves back into the water and flows out of the pipes. -
What kind of pipes will EasyWater work on?
EasyWater can be installed on copper, PVC or PEX piping. EasyWater can be used in homes with galvanized steel pipes, but the small section of pipe to be wrapped with the signal wire will need to be replaced with copper or plastic pipe.
